Prior to taking up her post at CICS, Amanda worked as a Programme Manager for a social and economic development consultancy, and was responsible for the management and administration of complex social and economic development projects focused on policy and the mechanisms of implementing reforms in post-conflict, transition and developing economies, including a £6million portfolio of DFID funded social policy reform projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
