 NGO & Business Training

Staff and researchers associated with the Centre have facilitated an extensive programme of training seminars and workshops, both domestically and internationally. The  training events encourage active participant engagement using exercises, role plays and other active learning styles.

Workshops are normally designed on a case-by-case basis, working closely with partners, and in response to their specific needs.

Participants: In the UK and Europe we have facilitated workshops for professional groups such as diplomats from Eastern Europe, teachers, social workers, health professionals, industrial dispute negotiators, and management personnel. We have also provided training and seminars for peace and human rights activists, NGOs, church groups and community education projects.  Internationally the programme's work has included facilitating  workshops in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Uganda, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Hungary, Kosovo/a, Italy and other locations.
