Laboratory and Equipment

The bio-repository laboratory of ETHICAL TISSUE is located in a class 2 facility with electronic locking and key card entry allowing access only to suitably trained staff. All personnel are working within a licensed environment and appropriate health and safety controls are in place.

A full range of equipment for processing and storing tissue is available to ETHICAL TISSUE.  All equipment has maintenance log books and freezers and cryostores are monitored to ensure samples are kept at the required, optimum temperature. Standard Operating Procedures detailing the processes involved in sample handling are available for staff within ETHICAL TISSUE and a record of appropriate training is kept.
