Management
The management and governance of ETHICAL TISSUE involves a three tier system namely:
An Independent Scientific Advisory Committee
The Board of Management
The Board of Management acts as regulator of ETHICAL TISSUE and has overall responsibility for its direction, management and control, as well as oversight of its finances.

- Prof A Roberts - Chairman Bradford Research Ethics Committee (NRES)
- Dr C Bradley - Consultant Oncologist, Bradford Hospital NHS Trust

The Independent Scientific Advisory Committee
The Independent Scientific Advisory Committee (ISAC) operates independently of ETHICAL TISSUE and is an invited group with expertise in biomedical research and experience of human tissue use. All applications for release of tissue and/or data for specific research projects are referred to ISAC who are responsible for assessing the applicant's justification for use of human tissue.
The Management Team
The Management Team is responsible for the day to day operation of ETHICAL TISSUE associated with the procurement, transport, storage, processing and distribution of tissue.
