Confidentiality, Security And Freedom Of Information
Qualified and authorised staff both from NHS Trusts and ETHICAL TISSUE will ensure that information about donors remains strictly confidential. All data collected, processed or stored by ETHICAL TISSUE is done so anonymously in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (1998), the NHS code of Confidentiality (2003) and the Caldicott Principles.
Under the Data Protection Act donors are entitled to ask to see what is recorded about them. Requests should be made to:
