Applying For Bio-Samples - Overview

Researchers applying for access to bio-samples and/ or data from ETHICALTISSUE must complete the application process. This is in two parts.

Part 1 is a proforma registration and a short (100 word) outline proposal to ETHICAL TISSUE. This will identify the applicant and allow ETHICAL TISSUE to assess tissue availability.

Part 2 is a proforma full application which requires:

name, qualifications and affiliations of the principle investigator

CV for principle investigator

an abstract and aim of the project

justification of why human tissue is essential to the work
