DECLARATION ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ARTICLE X
OF THE CONVENTION
1. Each State Party shall declare annually the measures taken individually or together with other States and international organizations in implementing Article X of the Convention.
2. Each State Party shall have the right to declare any restrictions, in non-compliance with the obligations under Article X, on the transfer of biological materials, equipment and technology for peaceful purposes.
