The Quaker United Nations Office has published this briefing book as part of a joint project with the Department of Peace Studies at the University of Bradford for the Fourth Review Conference of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention. The aim of this project is to aid the preparation for the Review Conference of the States Parties to the Convention. The views and opinions expressed in the papers are those of the individual authors and do not necessarily represent those of the Quaker United Nations Office.
