Forum on Religion, Art and Freedom of Speech

The Programme for a Peaceful City will be holding a forum on ‘Religion, Art and Freedom of Speech’ on Saturday 12 November 2005 at Theatre in the Mill at the University of Bradford,

The forum will be held from 1 – 4pm and will be asking questions such as:

• Is it an Artist's right to say anything they like?
• Is it anyone's right to tell others what they can and can't hear, read and see?
• Does religion need protecting? Does the right to make art need protecting?

The forum will be chaired by the Researcher and Novelist M.Y. Alam.
