European Day of Languages for All!

This year as Languages and European Studies celebrates the European Day of Languages and promotes our Languages for All programme which can be taken not only by students but by anyone within the University as part of their Continuing Professional Development.

The programme is attracting growing numbers of staff from many different areas of the University including Personnel, People Development, Academic Standards and Support Unit, Learning Support Services and a diverse range of academic departments. Several University employees are now planning to progress onto the Combined Studies degree programme, to develop their linguistic skills further.

If you aren't able to commit to a full module, you can always sign up for our Tandem Learning Programme - a great way to learn more about other languages and cultures on an informal one-to-one basis.

For more information, come along to C floor foyer, Richmond Building, on Friday 22nd September 2006 between 10.00-14.00 or contact Departmental Administrator Anne Croasdell (a.e.croasdell@bradford.ac.uk).
