Student feedback - why is it important?

Please join Shirley Congdon, PVC Learning & Teaching for an open discussion on why student feedback is important, how we can gather student feedback beyond module evaluations, how those involved in teaching and learner support can contribute to that process and how we can use that feedback to ensure future success.
