In the 1st issue of the new Ecoversity Newspaper - The Seed - a debate was started about catering services in the University (pages 10-11). This debate included some questions about Sodexo's policies that exceed the domain of the University but are of concern to some staff and students in the University.
Trish Cannon, General Services Manager for Sodexo forwarded these questions to the Sodexo's National Management Team and they responded with a set of answers that can be found via the following link.
