Annual Report

Ecoversity has produced its latest Annual Report which can be read online by clicking on the link below. A limited number of paper copies will shortly be available and can be requested by emailing the Ecoversity Office.

Detail regarding our Targets and associated information about what the University is doing to ensure it reaches those targets can be accessed via the 'Objectives and Targets' section,

Objectives and Targets

During 2008/09 the University has exceeded or met the majority of its targets. However, there remains challenges particularly in areas where fundamental behaviour change is required e.g. commuting by car or the overall reduction of waste.

Estates and Facilities have committed to high environmental specifications on a number of building projects and have developed an aspiration building specification for environmental performance.

In 2009/10 Estates and Facilities will develop a more targeted and co-ordinated approach to the management of water consumption and the biodiversity of the Estate.

Objective 1: Energy and Water.
Improve energy and water management thus reducing consumption.

Implement measures to reduce staff and student dependence on simgle occupancy car and plane travel.
