EcoversityThe Food & Drink Task Group is looking at issues around the catering provision on campus - including food waste (there is some overlap with the Recycling task group here).
The group is working with the catering contractors, Sodexo, on a range of issues from disposable food containers to Fairtrade food to making water more freely accessible around the campus.
We will also be promoting a calendar of events throughout the year to celebrate the cultural diversity of food and to allow for debate and discussions around more contentious aspects of food and sustainability - Watch this space for further details!
