Diversity in the Workplace e-learning module

This course gives you a firm foundation in equality and diversity, allowing you to work from any PC, at times that suit you and at your own pace.

The module takes between one and three hours to complete and covers:

An understanding of the key principles underpinning working in a diverse workplace
An overview of key legislation and individual rights
An insight into the importance of behaviour in the workplace and how this helps to establish a positive working environment
Knowledge about what constitutes discrimination, bullying and harassment
Feedback on understanding through quizzes and case studies.
