By completing this form, you are requesting a booking only. The Room Bookings clerk will either confirm or refuse the booking via email. We are testing a new web-based booking procedure that will allow users to book equipment alongside the room. In the meantime, if you require equipment for a booked room, please contact Audio Visual Services on ext. 3158 or email av-services@bradford.ac.uk .
The bulk of the room bookings for teaching purposes are dealt with twice a year before the start of each semester. Just before the start of each semester of each year, a letter is sent to departments requesting information on the room allocations that will be required for the coming academic session. Rooms are allocated to departmental requests on Syllabus+ before the beginning of each semester. This process copes with the majority of timetable needs. Additional requirements to timetables can be booked in the method described above. Changes to timetables and to additional rooms booked can be made, but it is important that departmental timetablers and module leaders are informed of changes to timetables.
