CONSTIPATION
This is a common problem which generally affects people as they get older, because the amount they eat, and the quantity of exercise they take both reduce

Prescribed drugs can also be a cause of constipationToilet roll

It doesn't matter if you don't go to the toilet every day, it is more important that the motions are soft. Drinking plenty of fluids and eating fibre such as brown bread, bran, and plenty of vegetables and fruit, will all help to keep your bowels in good health

You must not take laxatives on a regular basis, instead make an appointment with your doctor
