Paul, star of BBC2's Ready Steady Cook programme, visited Bradford as a result of his links with Sodexho - the UK's leading catering and support services provider, with which the School of Management has a partnership.

The School has now chosen two brand new dishes from a selection of menus that Paul created.

Paul worked with catering staff from the School's executive education and conference centre, at Heaton Mount, and was joined by staff from the refectory at the School.

School of Management House Manager for Sodexho, Patricia Cannon, said: "This means that we will have Paul's seal of approval, as his signature will go alongside the dishes he has created on our menus - which will add further prestige to our well-respected conference facilities."
