The agreement with Heilongjiang University has brought around 60 Chinese
students to study at the University and numbers are expected to increase
in coming years. As part of the programme, the students either study as
Bradford undergraduates for three years or complete their Chinese Bachelor
degree programmes by joining courses at Bradford in the final year. On
successful completion of the undergraduate programme they can move on
to related Masters courses at Bradford.
Professor Bell said: "This is a tremendous opportunity for long-standing
collaboration with Heilongjiang University, both at undergraduate and
postgraduate level, and represents the University's commitment to the
international community."
