UBU shop gets £50,000 refurbWoThe Students' Union Shop in the Communal Building has had a £50,000 facelift. Over Christmas the shop has been extended and refurbished to bring it up to high street standards. UBU Treasurer Hazel Cooke said: "This refurbishment has been on the cards for months. It's great to have finally got it done, and the shop looks even better than we imagined." The hours of business are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 10pm, Saturdays 10am until 6pm and Sundays 11am until 5pm.
