Instructions
for making announcements
To All Staff
- Send an email to briefing@bradford.ac.uk
with the words 'for the briefing' in the header
- Include the information
you would like to go in the briefing. This can include word attachments,
pdf files or other web links (URLs)
- Alternatively, telephone
ext 6529 with the details or call into Richmond Building room
D19.
- Deadline for entries
into the following week's briefing is 12 noon every Friday.

At present the lists
are restricted to just a few people sending messages out. This will
be kept under review.
Send your proposed message
to mis-servicedesk@bradford.ac.uk
- read it carefully
before you send it
- make sure that it
is exactly what you want to send
- there is no way to
'unsend' a message
- DO NOT attach anything
- DO NOT insert graphics
- keep it simple - some
mail clients cannot deal with special fonts or text formatting.
