Who to contact

This booklet cannot give you the answers to all the questions you may have as you prepare for your departure. The nearest British Council Office in your country has staff who will be pleased to supply information and publications on everyday life and studying in Britain.

You should also certainly read the University's Undergraduate or Postgraduate Prospectus, and the special booklets we produce for all undergraduate and most postgraduate courses.

If your questions have still not been answered, you can write to us. The University's address appears below. The best person to contact about any academic matter (and even some practical matters) is the Admissions Tutor for your course. But the following people at the University will also be glad to assist you in any way possible.

Staff from Student Registry will be able to answer any queries you may have regarding registration and tuition fees. The Accommodation Office will be able to assist in any matters relating to accommodation. And the Advisers to International Students will be on hand when you arrive to make sure you are properly settled.
