Introduction

The information in this booklet will help you prepare to travel to England to study at the University of Bradford.

It tells you how much money you are likely to need each year. It explains the various immigration requirements you may have to face. And it gives you details of how to get to Bradford from airports in the UK, and then how to get to the University and your accommodation.

This booklet will not answer all your questions. Once you arrive at the University, you will receive a great deal more information about student life in Bradford. But if you have any further questions now, please ask us.

The best person to contact is the Admissions Tutor for the Department in which you wish to study. But on the inside back cover of this booklet there is a list of other people who can help you. Feel free to contact them. You can do this if you have already been offered a place, or even if you still have not made up your mind to come to Bradford.
