Representative Membership of the Court

20.34	TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
	That in pursuance of the powers conferred on the Council by Statute 13 Section (3) this Ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court as indicated:
	The deletion of the following bodies from membership of the Court at their request:
	Electrical Research Association Limited (formerly British Electrical and Allied Industries Research Association (Incorporated) - Ordinance 20.2)
	Association for Technical Education in Schools (19.12.91)
20.35	CHANGES IN TITLE OF BODIES IN MEMBERSHIP
	That in pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 13 (3) this Ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court as indicated below, the alterations being necessitated by amalgamation or changes in title of the bodies concerned:
	Title at listed in Statute(i)III New Title
	Institution of Production Institution of Engineers Electrical Engineers (by virtue of merger)
	The College of Technology, Humberside Kingston-upon-Hull (latterly Polytechnic Humberside College of Higher Education (Ord. 20.16)

20.36	CHANGE IN TITLE OF BODY IN MEMBERSHIP
	That in pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 13 Section (3) this Ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court as indicated below, the alterations being necessitated by a change in title of the body concerned:
	Title as listed in Statute 13(i)III New Title
	The Percival Whitley College Calderdale of Further Education College
20.37	INCLUSION OF BODIES IN MEMBERSHIP
		1	i)	That this Ordinance is made under the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 13 Section III (3) to make provision for the appointment under Statute 13 Section III of three representative members of the Court of the University by the Bradford Racial Equality Council.
			ii)	That from the date of this Ordinance (9.7.92) the persons who are described in Statute 13 Section III as representative members of the Court shall have included in their number three persons appointed by the Bradford Racial Equality Council.

		2	i)	That this Ordinance is made under the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 13 Section III (3) to make provision for the appointment under Statute 13 Section III of a representative member of the Court of the University by each of the following bodies:
			United Kingdom Federation of Business and Professional Women Townswomen's Guilds Soroptomist International National Federation of Women's Institutes

20.38	CHANGE OF TITLE OF BODY IN MEMBERSHIP
		1	That in pursuance of the power conferred upon Council by Statute 13 (the Court) Section (3) this Ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court as indicated below, the alterations being necessitated by changes in title of the bodies concerned:
			Title as listed in Statute 13(i)III New Title
			The Institute of Bankers The Chartered Institute of Bankers
		2	That from the date of this Ordinance (24.3.93) the representative membership of the Court shall include one person appointed by the following body:
			The Chartered Institute of Bankers

20.39	CHANGES IN TITLES OF BODIES IN MEMBERSHIP
		1	That in pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 13 (the Court) Section (3) this Ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court as indicated below, the alterations being necessitated by changes in the titles of the bodies concerned:

			The York Technical College The York College (Ord. 20.8 and 20.16) of Further & Higher Education
			The Association of Certified The Chartered and Corporated Accountants Association of (Ord. 20.21) Certified Accountants

		2	That from the date of this Ordinance (5.7.93) the representative membership of the Court shall have included one person appointed by the following bodies:
			The York College of Further & Higher Education The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants The University of Huddersfield The Leeds Metropolitan University The Sheffield Hallam University The University of Teesside The University of Humberside
			TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
			That in pursuance of the powers conferred upon Council by Statute 13 (the Court) Section 3 this ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court by the deletion of the following bodies by virtue of changes in their character and/or organisational structures (5.7.93):
			The British Gas Corporation The Central Electricity Generating Board The North Eastern Gas Board The Yorkshire Electricity Board

20.40	CHANGE IN TITLE OF BODY IN MEMBERSHIP
		1	In pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 13 (the Court) Section (3) this Ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court as indicated by a change in title of the body concerned:
			Title as listed in Statute 13(i)III New Title
			The Assistant Masters and The Association Mistresses Association of Teachers and Lecturers
		2	From the date of this Ordinance (1.10.93) the representative membership of the Court shall have included one person appointed by:
			The Association of Teachers and Lecturers
			TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
			In pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 13 (the Court) Section 3 this Ordinance (1.10.93) amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court by the deletion of the following body by virtue of its amalgamation with the Institution of Electrical Engineers:
			The Institution of Manufacturing Engineers

20.41	CHANGES IN TITLES OF BODIES OF MEMBERSHIP
		1	In pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 13 (the Court) this Ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court as indicated below, the alterations being necessitated by changes in the titles or amalgamation of the bodies concerned. 20.42	CHANGES IN TITLES OF BODIES OF MEMBERSHIP
		1	In pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 12 (the Court) this Ordinance amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court as indicated below, the alterations being necessitated by changes in the title of the body concerned:
			Title as listed in Statute 13(i)III New Title
			The Wool Industries Research The British Textile Association Technology Group
		2	From the date of this Ordinance (6.7.95) the representative membership of the Court shall have included one person appointed by the following body:
			The British Textile Technology Group

20.43	TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
	In pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 12 (the Court) Section 3 this Ordinance (dated 21.12.95) amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court by the deletion of the following body at its request:
	The Royal College of Surgeons of England
20.44	TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
	That in pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 12 (the Court) Section 3 this Ordinance (4.7.96) amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court by the deletion of the following body by virtue of its ceasing to exist:
	The National Physical Laboratory
20.45	TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
	That in pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 12 (The Court) Section 3 this Ordinance (dated 18.12.97) amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court by the deletion of the following body by virtue of it ceasing to exist:
	Council of the County of Humberside
20.46	CHANGES IN TITLE OF BODY IN MEMBERSHIP
	That in pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Council by Statute 12 (The Court) Section 3 this Ordinance (dated 18.12.97) amends the composition of the representative membership of the Court by virtue of a change of title of a body in membership:
	Title listed in Statute 13(i) III New Title
	The University of The University of Humberside Lincolnshire & Humberside
