What can I do on Campus?

If you would like to suggest something to add to our list email: c.s.gibbons@bradford.ac.uk

Climbing in the Sports Centre. The University of Bradford campus is close-knit but not tiny.

There are plenty of places to eat and drink, as well as clubs and societies to get involved in.

The Students' Union has two shops, two nightclubs, a print shop, four bars, and they run over 30 sports clubs and around 40 societies. If you can't find one you like you can always start one!

The University's Art Gallery. There is also the Student Cinema, the Student Magazine - Scrapie, and the Student Radio Station, Ramair. There is also an opportunity to get involved in the technical side of things through the Technical Services Association (TSA).

"There's tons of stuff to do on and off campus other than studying. You could easily spend your whole day socialising and playing sport - not that I'd want to of course!" Paul Bradford, BSc (Hons) Optometry

We also have our very own theatre, music centre and art gallery on campus. All have opportunities for students to get involved, either creating and showing work or visiting and watching other people's work!

John Peel at Ramair."There may be no arts faculty at Bradford but they have three of the most pulsating arts venues to be found anywhere." Virgin Alternative Guide to British Universities, 2003

The Sports Centre offers classes, a wide range of therapies, and also houses the excellent Nautilus Gym. We also have a 25 metre swimming pool, a weights room, and a sauna and solarium.
