National Museum of Film and
Photography - This excellent museum is completely free and regularly hosts
exhibitions and special events, including, in the past, James Bond and
Star Wars Exhibitions.
The museum is home to one of
the few IMAX cinemas in the UK; ten galleries, including an animation
gallery where you can try your hand at animation; a glass-walled BBC radio
studio broadcasting live; and The Magic Factory, a fun, hands-on, button-pushing,
interactive extravaganza, suitable for students and children alike.
I especially enjoyed the flight
simulator in which you can choose from different missions, mine being
to battle some alien star ships and what do you know, I won!
