The Guidebook says . . .The Priestley holds regular music, theatre, film and drama events, as well as having an art gallery. Located in the Little Germany area of Bradford, a conservation area of Victorian textile warehouses. They have 2 auditoria: a 291-seat proscenium arch theatre, with circle and stalls, plus a 70-seat studio. As well as a licensed bar, they serve coffee and confectionary here. The bar provides the main display area for graphic art (exhibitions change monthly) as well as providing an informal performance area and hosting meetings for their own committees and visiting groups such as Bradford Writers' Circle. |
