Privacy statement

The University holds personal data of its graduates which has been imported from the student records database into the alumni  database.  Information is added to the records of alumni as their relationships with the University progress.  Personal data is used primarily for communication between the University and its alumni but may also be used for marketing, promotional and fundraising purposes.

All information held by the Alumni and Development Office is held securely and will remain confidential to the University in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

Data will not be disclosed to any external bodies, other than those acting as agents for the University of Bradford for alumni matters and related projects.
