Before your ceremony
17 May 2012 IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GOWN HIRE
The University has recently changed gown hire suppliers for awards cermonies to J Wippell's.
If you have already hired a gown from Ede and Ravenscroft you should cancel this order and re-order with Wippells. Any orders for photography will not be affected by the change of supplier. Important notice:
In the event of severe weather conditions on the dates of the Award Ceremonies, the University reserves the right to cancel the Award Ceremonies at short notice, if it is felt to be unsafe for the University to remain open. We will contact all graduands with further information should this be the case.
You should reply to your ceremony invitation no later than 25 May 2012 by logging into e:Vision and completing the reply process.
