Invitation to all staff - open forum, E-Strategy project
All staff are invited to an open forum to deliver the
results of the Content Management System Project - business analysis stage.
Some of you will remember being involved in facilitated discussion groups
(at the beginning of the year) where we grabbed all the information we
could about how you work. If you haven’t heard about this - why
not come along and find out how this affects you?
If you’ve already been involved, come and see what our conclusions
were and tell us if you think we’re on target. The findings of this
report are wide ranging.
12 noon on 30th August : John Stanley Bell lecture theatre (D4)
The Content Management System (CMS) Project is important to everybody
involved in providing, disseminating and receiving information, whether
it's paper-based or digital. The E-strategy Board recognised this and
has been funding the project since late 2005.
The final report is now available from the website - http://cmsproject.brad.ac.uk/files
There are two versions - the full report includes transcripts of all
the facilitated discussions and questionnaire results; the abridged version
is somewhat slimmer and contains the summary, findings and recommendations.
The team made a number of recommendations, we’d like you to have
the chance to hear those recommendations and discuss them. We’d
like to hear your feedback.
If you can attend then please respond to cms-project@bradford.ac.uk
and we’ll make sure that there’s enough buffet lunch to feed
you all!
Regards,
The CMS Team - Claire Gibbons, Rik Hepworth and Nick Smith
