The University's Press Office receives a wide and varied range of media requests, many of which are concerned with sourcing experts for press comment/interviews/feature pieces.

In order to improve our efficiency and effectiveness, we are compiling a central register of expertise which will ultimately be accessible via the web (N.B. Home and mobile numbers will not be included on the web version) If you would like to be included in the Experts Directory, all you need to do is fill out a simple form.

The forms are available for printing on the web at www.bradford.ac.uk/admin/pr/experts or telephone ext: 3084 for a hard copy.

Forms, hard copy or email attachments, should be returned to Rachael Ellis, Corporate Communications, Room D19, Richmond Building or email press@bradford.ac.uk

Please note, once returns are gathered, data will be checked with Deans of Schools to avoid any anomalies/inaccuracies. If you have any queries please ring Rachael Ellis on ext: 3084.

Telephony Link to Bradford College

As a by-product of the recently established joint University/College print unit (Inprint & Design), we now have a thirty-channel telephony link to Bradford Metropolitan District Council (BMDC), via the College. This means we can now ring Bradford College extensions, and any other extensions connected to the BMDC exchange, and they will be classed as internal calls.

Just prefix the extension number required with our three digit access code, 716.
