The Staff Development Unit has recently published a New Managers Handbook.

The handbook is a guide to good practice and University policy in the management of people. It is primarily aimed at any member of staff who manages other staff and would be particularly useful for new managers.

If you would like a copy for yourself, the general office or a number of copies for your staff, please either e-mail staffdev@bradford.ac.uk or call us on extension 3102 with your name, mailing details and the number of copies you want.

The Handbook is also available on the web at: www.brad.ac.uk/admin/staffdev/hbk/mgrhandbook/

Feel free to give us feedback for our review next year!
