Higher Education Role Analysis Project (HERA)Following a successful pilot scheme in the Estates and Facilities Department, and approval by the Personnel Committee, HERA - the job evaluation scheme designed specifically for HE Institutions - is now being rolled out throughout the University. For the next phase of the project, Benchmark posts are being selected across the whole University and we will be working with the support areas of the University, starting with the Nursery, Learning Support and CCS.
