Menus

You can order from our standard Bradford hospitality menu (available as a PDF) or opt for the Norcroft Catering Package, designed for conferences and events.

Norcroft Catering Package

This is a special menu created for events and conferences.

This menu can be adapted to suit.

Refreshment breaks:

Three refreshment breaks are served including tea, coffee, jugs of tap water. Fresh orange juice can also be provided upon request at an additional cost of 50p per serving. Individually wrapped Brontë biscuits accompany one of the breaks.

For the remaining two breaks, there is a choice of:

  • Danish pastry
  • Croissant 
  • or a mix of Danish pastries and croissants - you choose the proportions * 
  • Fruit scones and preserves 
  • Tray bake mini cake pieces (2 per person)
  • You just need to decide what you would like when

Classic sandwich lunch:

  • Freshly-prepared open rolls with a variety of fillings.
  • A typical selection could include prawn Marie Rose, roast beef with rocket and red onion, fresh egg mayonnaise and cress, vegetable tikka, and tuna with creamy mayonnaise.

Choose one extra from the following:

  • Homemade coleslaw
  • Tossed salad bowl 
  • Carrot, chickpea and sultana 
  • Potato, mustard and dill 
  • Beetroot, orange and red onion 
  • Wholegrain rice and lentil salad
  • or a mix of any three of the above options - you choose the proportions *

Plus one extra item from the following:

  • Assorted vegetarian quiche (1 slice)
  • Gala pie (minimum number of 24, thereafter ordered in multiples of 24) 
  • Tandoori chicken skewers (individual) 
  • King prawn, courgette and red pepper skewer (individual) 
  • Olive bowl 
  • Mixed Mediterranean vegetable bowl 
  • or a mix of any three of the above options - you choose the proportions *

The dessert choices are:

  • Fresh seasonal fruit platter
  • Profiteroles with a rich chocolate sauce
  • Fresh cake wedge 
  • or a mix of the above three options - you choose the proportions *

Tea/coffee and jugs of water are served with lunch - orange juice can also be requested at a cost of 50p per serving.

University of Bradford staff:  

If your event is being held at the Norcroft Centre please follow the catering booking guidelines.

If your event is being held elsewhere on campus please visit the University catering website.

Food and refreshments at all of our venues are provided by the University of Bradford's Catering Service. Please note that the use of outside catering firms is not permitted.
