Oak Room

Originally the Library, this very impressive oak-panelled room - with large oak table and original fire place - is situated in the main house directly opposite reception.

Kempner

Named after Prof. Thomas Kempner who was the founding director of the School of Management. The Kempner has been recently refurbished to an extremely high standard and is situated in the main house at the top of the double grand staircase.

Fairbank

Named after J. T. Fairbank the architect who designed the magnificent Heaton Mount Building. The Fairbank is situated in the main house at the top of the double grand staircase adjacent to the Kempner.

Ambler

Named after Mr John Ambler JP, part of the Ambler dynasty in Bradford, Mr Ambler purchased Heaton Mount in 1889. The Ambler is situated on the link between the Heaton Mount House and New Wing.

Kell

Named after Mr Robert Kell, the first owner of Heaton Mount in 1864, who had the building constructed for his private residence. The Kell is situated in the new wing of Heaton Mount and is adjoined by syndicate rooms.

Crossland 

Named after Mr Arthur Crossland, who owned Heaton Mount from 1921 to 1955, the Crossland is situated in the new wing of Heaton Mount and is adjoined by syndicate rooms.
