How can we help you?

We offer a welcoming, supportive environment where you can access impartial careers information, advice and guidance from professionally qualified staff.

We are based in Student Central on floor 0, and we're open Monday to Friday with appointments until 6pm during semester time.

Below are the details of the services that students and graduates of the University of Bradford can access all year round (see also our full statements of service).

Please feel free to email us, phone us on 01274 234991 or call in to reception if you'd like any more information.

For current students

We're here to help with all stages of the job seeking process, from finding jobs and putting your application together to succeeding at interview and negotiating assessment centres. And as well as one-to-one appointments with our careers staff, there's lots of information and resources on this website, written and verified by staff of Career and Employability Services specifically for University of Bradford students. Most of the information is freely available, but some enhanced services such as Build My Career and Jobs Online require you to login using your Bradford username and password.

You can also pick up your free copy of our booklet Your Guide To... Getting a job in careers reception, where there is also a library of other career skills books and publications.

We're always happy to speak to you, so please come and see us, give us a call on 01274 234991 or email us to find out more.

Students and graduates of other universities

Students and graduates of other universities are welcome to use our information resources.  However if you need individual advice or guidance, please contact the careers service at your own university. They should be able to provide guidance by email, phone or Skype if you are not on campus. A list of university careers services can be found on AGCAS.
