Improving energy efficiency; promoting and supporting the use of renewables; display certificates showing energy performance of all our buildings.

The new Biomass Boiler plant (behind the JB Priestley Library, woodchip deliveries arriving July 2008) building energy ratings (October 2008); Energy Week (October 2008).
