Twice per Week: Empty bins.
Fortnightly: Vacuum carpets or sweep & mop hard floors, dust accessible furniture and window ledges.
Monthly: Dust pipes, skirtings, fixtures and fittings.
Daily: Empty bins and vacuum floor.
Weekly: Dust ledges.
Monthly: Dust pipes and skirtings.
Weekly: Sweep and mop floors.
Daily: Empty bins, remove rubbish from worktops and floors.
Weekly: Damp-dust worktops where accessible, dust skirtings and ledges.
Weekly: Empty bins, vacuum carpets or sweep and mop hard floors.
Monthly: Dust pipes and skirtings.
Daily: Empty bins and vacuum floors.
Weekly: Damp-dust furniture and ledges.
Monthly: Dust pipes and skirtings, wash bins.

Daily: Mop floor, clean all sanitaryware, empty bins replenish dispensers, damp-dust ledges and clean floor mats.
Weekly: Wipe partitions and dust pipes and skirtings.
Twice per Year: Scrub floors and wash tiles.
Daily: Empty bins, sweep and spot-mop floors, vacuum entrance mats and empty ashtrays outside of entrance.
Weekly: Damp-dust skirtings and ledges, clean brass and door glass, and mop and buff floors.
Monthly: Dust picture frames, door frames, fixtures and fittings.
NB : Where there is a catering outlet it is expected that catering staff will assume responsibility for mopping spilled coffee and clearing waste bags to a designated collection point.
