Topping Out ceremony. Welcome
Over the last two years, we have had a number of comments from readers saying how much they like the style and content of News & Views. We are committed to providing staff, students and external readers with a popular, cost-effective and user-friendly magazine. It is with this aim in mind that we are considering switching to five editions per year from September 2003, but before any decision is made we are inviting feedback.

First, the University has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People Standard , making it the only pre-1992 university in England to achieve this much sought-after recognition as a whole institution.
Other successes include two prestigious national awards in the 2002 Heist Awards for Education Marketing , and the appearance of Bradford in a new survey on inexpensive accommodation.
News & Views is always on the lookout for more research and other stories from departments. Contact Rachael Ellis on r.ellis1@bradford.ac.u k or call 01274 (23)3084.
