In 2004 the city of Bradford announced a dynamic regeneration plan that will see the city transformed over the next ten years. The University is a key stakeholder in those plans.
This year we unveiled our own plans that will transform the landscape of the learning and teaching provision for the University of Bradford. The aim of this plan will be to create a vibrant ‘learning village’ giving the campus a new ‘heart’ and revive the surrounding community.
Proposed atrium architect's plans.
Proposed cladding of the Richmond Building architect's plans.
Every aspect of the University infrastructure has been reviewed, from sports facilities, to accommodation to lecture rooms. The development will ensure that the University is at the heart of its community and provides staff and students with a vibrant place to live, work and learn.
The new developments will keep the University at the heart of its community, while attracting international recognition for its facilities and teaching provision.
