Home Study at Bradford Languages Languages For All
Language
Language skills are highly valued by employers and can introduce you to and help you explore different cultures.
The Languages for All
programme offers modules in Arabic, French, German, Japanese and Spanish at various levels, and Mandarin Chinese and Urdu at beginners' level, for all students across the University, University staff, and members of the wider community.
In addition, there are modules in English as a Foreign Language for international students.
If you are unsure which level of French or Spanish you should take, we can offer a diagnostic test to help you.
The courses are taught by our friendly, expert staff, including native speakers, and are also supported by our Resource Centre which houses foreign language audio material, DVDs/videos, television, newspapers and magazines as well as satellite TV work stations.
