Changes to IT services for Staff

Windows 7 and Office 2010

Staff PCs supported by Learner Support Services will be upgraded to run Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 from March 2012.

Staff from the IT Services department will visit your area to do the upgrade for you (please do not attempt to upgrade the software yourself).

In order for this to happen, IT Services staff will approach IT representatives within Schools and Departments to discuss a timeframe for the upgrades to take place. Once this has been agreed, you will receive an email from ICT Servicedesk 3 weeks prior to the upgrade taking place, including:
