The MSc in Sustainable Operations and Management appeals to students wishing to develop a career in management with a strong interest in pursuing environmentally sustainable and socially responsible strategies. The course provides a detailed understanding of the context in which a modern business operates and the many interrelated factors that influence its operational environment.
Initially, MSc students take a number of compulsory modules to provide the foundations for an understanding of management. There is then the opportunity to choose from a range of specialist modules before embarking on a dissertation looking at environmental sustainability and its impact on a specific aspect of a business activity.
