Message to students and staff from Imran

"I would like to pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to staff and students at the University of Bradford and to people in the city of Bradford who have campaigned for my release and who are supporting me in my fight to restore justice and democracy in Pakistan.

It meant a great deal to me to know that this work was going on whilst I was in prison and there is no doubt that this campaign did have an impact, both there in the UK and here in Pakistan.
