The AGM itself will be held in room C7, Richmond Building , followed by refreshments in the D floor Foyer of the Richmond Building .

Note: Under the facilities time agreement with the University, you are allowed extra time off to attend the Annual General Meeting but we hope to keep the formal meeting to a maximum of 45 minutes, allowing time for those attending to also partake of a buffet lunch.
