Mark Nyame Boateng Mark Nyame Boateng is a Manager in the Business Services Department of the Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems (GhIPSS) Ltd. Prior to joining GhIPSS, he worked with Zenith Bank, Ghana Ltd and the Flight Operations department of the former Ghana Airways Ltd. Mark holds a Bachelor of Information Technology Degree from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia and a MA in International Business and Management (Distinction) from the University of Bradford, UK in 2005. His areas of interest are the Card Payments Industry as well Business Process Re-engineering using electronic payment systems .His work schedule at GhIPSS involves helping Financial Institutions with the implementation of the various services available on the National Switch and Smartcard Payments system (e-zwich) as well as working with third party organisations on ways to utilize the e-zwich platform to operate their business model.
