Learning SupportAll students have an email account created for them when they join the University.
The University uses the Blackboard Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for its courses. You will need to enter your University username and password to use Blackboard. If you can't find your module once you have logged in to Blackboard, please submit the Missing Blackboard Modules form.
You will also find links to both email and Blackboard in the right column on the internal home page.
We have useful help sheets for how to use many applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
We also have some materials that you can work through, to help develop your IT skills.
The service will operate every night, 5.30pm - 7.30am and at weekends from 5.30pm on Friday to 07.30am on the following Monday. Please cal 01274 233301.
