Escalate Champions
There is an Escalate Champion in each School, in the Careers Service and in Ecoversity. Their role is to act as an ambassador for, and co-ordinator of, Escalate activity. They have around one day per week to allocate to Escalate.
The Escalate Champion role is:
- To be part of a university wide co-ordinated team
- To support the Escalate initiative
- Facilitation of cross-school delivery
- To be an advocate of change within School
- To be a dedicated first point of call internally and externally
- To facilitate Escalate development activity
- To link with business and provide support for business development process
- To disseminate Escalate activity and promote an understanding of the Programme within their area.
