EBTA Community of Practice Event

We are delighted to invite you to our forthcoming EBTA Community of Practice event on the 15th December 2009 in the Auditorium room, Norcroft centre.

The theme for this event will be shell awards - value, development and quality assurance issues. The day will commence at 10.30am with welcome and introductions and will conclude around 3pm.
