Personal Development Planning

We can work with individuals, either through the academic schools, the Learner Development Unit or the Escalate Learner Development Officer, to help with personal and professional development planning.

We have well developed processes, including technology supported systems, to facilitate individual skills assessment, evidence gathering, reflection and planning that will enable individuals to consider where they are, where they wish to be and how they intend to achieve their personal or career goals.

Personal development planning can be used in conjunction with Skills Needs Analysis and the design and accreditation of learning programmes to meet specific employment or sector needs.
